1991 - Yugoslavia starts to break up.
1992 - Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Slovenia, and Yugoslavia (comprised of Montenegro and Serbia) become independent countries, with declarations of independence occurring the year before.
2003 - F.R. Yugoslavia is renamed Serbia & Montenegro.
