British Virgin Islands


The map and flag of the British Virgin IslandsThe BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS is a British territory in the Caribbean Sea. These islands are north of the US Virgin Islands and east of Puerto Rico. The capital is Road Town, which has over 9,000 inhabitants and is the largest town in the BVI. The second largest town is Spanish Town, which is located on the island of Virgin Gorda. On Anegada island, the largest town is The Settlement, which only has 200 inhabitants. The currency is the US Dollar, like in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
