Towns and cities throughout Mississippi County include Armorel, Bassett, Birdsong, Blytheville, Burdette, Dean’s Island, Dell, Dyess, Etowah, Gosnell, Joiner, Keiser, Leachville, Luxora, Manila, Marie, Osceola, Tomato, Victoria, Whisp, and Wilson. This county has two county seats marked by stars on the flag: Blytheville and Osceola
