The National Weather Service in The Twin Cities has issued a
* Tornado Warning for...
Southwestern Hennepin County in east central Minnesota...
* Until 1045 PM CDT.
* At 1013 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
tornado was located over Maple Plain, or 16 miles southeast of
Buffalo, moving east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado and half dollar size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

Excelsior around 1025 PM CDT.
Wayzata around 1030 PM CDT.
