Northeastern Johnson County in east central Iowa...
Southeastern Linn County in east central Iowa...
* Until 915 PM CDT.
* At 831 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Shueyville, or 9 miles south of Cedar Rapids,
moving east at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

Ely around 840 PM CDT.
Solon around 845 PM CDT.
Mount Vernon and Lisbon around 905 PM CDT.
Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Twin
View Heights, Sandy Beach Camp Ground, Cou Falls and Sutliff.
This includes Interstate 380 between mile markers 8 and 12.
