Channel Islands
In the English Channel between France and the United Kingdom, the CHANNEL ISLANDS is an archipelago with two bailiwicks, Guernsey and Jersey (both of them are British Crown Dependencies). The Bailiwick of Guernsey including the islands Guernsey, Alderney, Brechou, Burhou, Herm, Jethou, and Sark. Jersey is aptly in the Bailiwick of Jersey. At least three groups of small, uninhabited islands and reefs are included in the Jersey bailiwick: Les Écréhous, Les Minquiers, and Les Pierres de Lecq. The capital of the Bailiwick of Guernsey is Saint Peter Port, while the Bailiwick of Jersey's capital is Saint Helier. The Channel Islands use two local versions of the British Pound (GBP): the Guernsey Pound and the Jersey Pound. The two currencies don't have ISO 4217 currency codes since they are tied with United Kingdom's currency.
