Convenient List of Major Peninsulas


As you may know, peninsulas are landforms typically surrounded on three sides by a waterbody such as a lake, sea, or ocean. Encyclopædia Britannica's website provides a list of peninsulas (↗) around the world. Of course, this is not a complete list as there are likely thousands of additional peninsulas that are not listed, but this is an ideal reference as it conveniently sorts major peninsulas by continent.
