Southeastern Johnston County in central North Carolina...
* Until 645 PM EDT
* At 540 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 12 miles southeast of Benson, or 13 miles south of
Smithfield, moving east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

Goldsboro, Walnut Creek, Pikeville, Newton Grove, Seven Springs,
Mar-Mac, Brogden, Cliffs Of The Neuse State Park, Elroy and
Grantham.
