The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued a
* Tornado Warning for...
Southwestern Columbiana County in east central Ohio...
Northeastern Carroll County in east central Ohio...
* Until 315 PM EDT..
* At 251 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Minerva, or 12 miles north of Carrollton, moving
east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.
* This dangerous storm will be near...
Lisbon around 315 PM EDT.
Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include
Augusta, Hanoverton, East Rochester, Summitville and Mechanicstown.

I was north of Lisbon Ohio rout 164 just north of Lisbon Ohio the hail Tornado hit about 3pm
