This blue, modernistic flag flies over Ishikawa Prefecture in JAPAN. Ishikawa is located on Honshu island's northern and northwestern coast. The white design is a modern Kanji character symbolizing Ishikawa, and the bluish background represents air, clean rivers, and the sea. This prefecture is home for over 1.15 million residents and is located along the Sea of Japan coastline.
