Barbados Flag


Being an island country in the Caribbean Sea, BARBADOS incorporates a nautical element on its flag. This element is a trident, the three-pointed spear that gods like Neptune and Poseidon are usually depicted with; colored black, it is featured in the center of the flag. The surrounding vertical stripe is gold (sometimes colored yellow), while the left and right stripes are dark blue.
