There is a new and neat application from Google (click here to open link in new window) called the Public Data Explorer, which allows you to make graphs with data sets, like in this case, counties in Indiana. Therefore, I checked all the Northern Indiana counties that were listed, and it created a graph with the population numbers for each county. Lake County had the largest population with 493,800 as of June 2008, while Benton County was the lowest with 8,769.
Welcome to GeoFact of the Day, where you can find fantastic facts about places, countries, cultures, languages, and other wonders of our world. I hope you enjoy!
