San Marino


San Marino Map

The Republic of SAN MARINO (Republica di San Marino) is a tiny country located in Southern Europe, and the country is an exclave completely surrounded by Italy's northeastern area. The capital is San Marino, and other communities include Acquaviva, Borgo Maggiore, Chiesanuova, Domagnano, Faetano, Falciano, Fiorentino, La Dogana, Monte Giardino, and Serravalle. The currency is the Euro, and the previous currency was the Sammarinese Lira (related to the Italian Lira). The ISO 4217 currency code of the Sammarinese Lira was SML.
