Upper & Lower Trajan's Walls

Much like the Great Wall of China, the Upper and Lower Trajan's Walls are ancient fortifications built to project against invading peoples. They are located in Eastern Europe in the former-Soviet countries of MOLDOVA and UKRAINE. As indicated on the map, the Upper Trajan's Wall sprawls across southern Moldova and is south of Chișinău, Moldova's capital. The Lower Trajan's Wall runs from the Prut river (which forms Moldova's western border), then eastward through Ukraine, and then ends at the Black Sea. Both walls protected against Bastarns, Sarmatians, Goths, Huns, Avars, Magyars, Kievan Rus, Mongols, and more.
