Weather Alert for Mississippi

8:20 P.M. Central Time | In Tallahatchee and the western part of Yalobusha Counties in Northwest Mississippi, there is a TORNADO WARNING that was issued by the NWS of Jackson, MS. The NWS bulletin predicts that the tornado warning is in effect until 9 P.M. Central Time. Also, there is a TORNADO WATCH for Northern Mississippi, as well as Southern Arkansas, Northern Louisiana, McCurtain County in Southeast Oklahoma, some counties in Western Tennessee, and Eastern Texas.
