South Sudan Exports
According to National Geographic MapMaker (mapmaker.nationalgeographic.org) and MIT's Observatory of Economic Complexity, the following items are major exports of SOUTH SUDAN: acacia gum (gum arabic), aircraft and automobile parts, animal hides, automobile parts, bananas, beans, cassava, charcoal, coffee, corn (maize), cotton, dried legumes, insect resins, low-voltage protection equipment, mangoes, millet, papaya, peanuts, petroleum (small amounts), recreational boats, rice, scrap iron, sesame and sunflower seeds (and other oilseeds), shaped wood, sorghum, sugarcane, sweet potatoes, telephones, and wheat. According to the International Monetary Fund (February 2017) and OEC (2015), countries and territories buying and importing most of those exports include Algeria, China, Denmark, Ethiopia, Germany, Latvia, Pakistan, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Uganda, and Ukraine.
