Northern and Central Indiana Weather

Lake, LaPorte, and Porter Counties have a Winter Storm Warning, while many counties in Northern and Central Indiana have a Winter Weather Advisory.
Of course, several areas in Indiana received a little bit of snow yesterday on January's last day! As we start off February 2014, forecasters are predicting more snow and possibly slick road conditions in some areas caused by freezing rain and sleet. A Winter Storm Warning is in effect for the Lake Michigan counties of Lake, LaPorte, and Porter, while many counties in Northern and Central Indiana have a Winter Weather Advisory. Fortunately, most places in the state will experience normal winter temperatures. In fact, rain is possible at times. Visit the websites of the National Weather Service of Northern Indiana and National Weather Service of Indianapolis for the details.
