Most Sparsely Populated Country


The country that is the most sparsely populated country in the world has a low population density of 5 people per square mile and 1.9 people per square kilometer. That country is MONGOLIA, where the Gobi Desert encompasses most of the southern portion of the country. Mountain ranges include the Hangayn Mountains, Govĭ Altayn Mountains, and Altai Mountains.
